The Head Scrunch is a simple exercise for all age groups, and anyone can do it. This exercise will firm and tighten your neck muscles while also massaging your face and neck, resulting in a more beautiful look and a beautiful smile guarantee.

For this exercise, place one hand against your forehead and the other behind your head. Then, slowly, push your head in the direction of the hand on your forehead. Hold this position for about five seconds and then slowly release. 

Repeat this movement ten times to start with, and work your way up to 20-30 repetitions to see optimum results.

The Fish Face: 

The Fish Face is a fun facial Yoga exercise you can do while watching TV or talking to someone on the phone. It will help to decrease or eliminate jowls by improving facial muscle tone.

What does the fish face mean?
To perform this exercise, gently make a fish face by puckering your lips and raising both of your eyebrows slightly. 

Be in the position for few seconds and relax, allowing your mouth to hang open. Repeat this movement ten times for each set.

The Nod:

In addition, it will help get rid of jowls over time by strengthening the muscles in the bottom half of your face... the jaw.

To perform this exercise:

  • Make a chin tuck by pursing your lips and raising your eyebrows.
  • Be in the position for about five seconds and then relax for another five seconds, returning to your everyday posture.
  • Repeat this movement ten times to start with, and work your way up to 20-30 repetitions to see optimal results.

The Chin Retraction: 

Next, we’ll examine the Chin Retraction facial Yoga exercise. This exercise will help to tighten the muscles in your Chin, resulting in a more youthful appearance.

For this facial Yoga exercise, make a "fish face", but only do this for about five seconds at a time instead of holding it for 10 seconds like you would for the Fish Face exercise. 

These shorter intervals are more beneficial to natural tissue regeneration than more extended periods are.

Repeat it ten times to start with, and work your way up to 20-30 repetitions to see optimal results.
