WHAT IS YOGA TO YOU?
Yoga and meditation are vital to exploring and developing the self. Through breath and movement we gain a deeper understanding of who we are and how we want to improve our lives. Yoga can be transformative in many ways including learning how to heal the body and mind.
WHAT ARE YOU INTERESTED IN SHARING?
My classes are always different based on who shows up, the energy of the day and how we're feeling in our bodies. Some classes may focus on Ayurvedic principles based on seasons and time of day. Other classes may be designed to integrate repetitive movement to warm up and open the joints. I also enjoy weaving in various themes, poetry or stories to ponder during practice. Most importantly, my intention is to create a supportive and welcoming environment that encourages playfulness and creativity. I look forward to meeting you and exploring the joy of yoga together!
