In my classes, you can expect spiritual & heart-filled meditation to meet the physical shapes on the mat. We will explore and discover ways to open fascial lines to release tension in our minds, bodies, souls. We will dive deep into the natural rhythms of our bodies and nature to bring deeper meaning to each movement. We will imagine and create sacred space in our hearts in order to maintain our intentions and connection with the divine. Perhaps most importantly it will be a space and time for you to swim within yourself and see what beauty is in every cell of your being.
To me, yoga is a wholistic and diverse spirituality. It offers many paths to help us achieve peace, balance, enlightenment, and unity with our souls and those we share life with. The asanas are a sacred dance of a sacred language helping us to discover strength and hope and light to carry us into our futures. It is freedom and fun and if we can be gentle and loving of ourselves enough; it is a coming home to truth from within.
I am inspired in my teaching by so many beautiful people, including Jessica Garay, Audra Carmine, Julie Baron, Kate Saul, Meg Satterthwaite, Jasmine Tarkeshi, Manorama, Roger McKeever from Love Hive. I have the biggest joy in my heart for the women I went through my yoga teacher training with and my fellow Love Hive Instructors. I am honored to be part of such a beautiful and kind yoga community. The great poets/artists/musicians/gurus inspire me to keep putting efforts into living from my heart and constantly re-evaluating and transforming who my genuine self is. My partner and my animals inspire me daily with their love and humor. I'd be lost without them.

I love anatomy, meridians, subtle body work, and teaching how self care can change your life! Learning how you move through your days and your biography can bring clarity to how yoga and massage will offer the greatest benefits.
