Yoga is aligning our human nature with the universe. Through practice we merge the energies of the body toward the center, finding union at the heart.
What are you most interested in sharing?
I love sharing the layers of yoga with students. The skillful stamping, layering, and mapping through practice to bring union to the mind, body, and spirit. In my classes I use pranayama, meditation, and alignment based yoga poses to guide my students to clearer alignment with themselves and the world around them.
