  • Sit on the ground and stretch your left leg in front of you.
  • Cross your right leg over your left leg and place the sole of your right foot outside of your left knee.

  • Hold that position for 10 seconds, inhaling and exhaling freely.

Wind Relieving Pose

  • Lay on the Yoga Mat.
  • Raise your left thigh. Take your hands and wrap them around your left knee.
  • Raise your chin to your knee. Breathe, then exhale. Repeat with your right leg. You may also rock back and forth gently and rhythmically.

Cat Pose

  • Stand up straight with your feet together and your back straight.
  • Step forward with your left foot, softly bending your knee and straightening your right leg. 
  • Face forward with your head, shoulders, hips, and knees. 
  • Bring your arms out to the side and circle them around your head to form a prayer stance. 
  • Look up at your hands with your head tilted back. You must hold this posture for 30 to 60 seconds.

Plow Pose

The Plow pose offers relief from indigestion, constipation, and acid reflux. In addition, it provides flexibility to the spine, chest, and abdominal area.
