A Business Wellness Session is a 3 hour workshop that provides the most effective and accessible yoga, mindfulness and meditation practices to find more ease and less stress throughout the workday. We focus our afternoon on teaching how to quickly alleviate stress, easy body movements to address common pain patterns resulting from sitting and working with computers, and practices for mindful communication that begin with the individual. These are the core principles to help support a work environment that is more healthful, both physically, emotionally and relationally. We are truly in this together.
