Full Locust Pose
Lie on your front again, but this time your arms are out to the side (like aeroplane wings). Furthermore, the idea is to elevate your arms and legs simultaneously, giving your centre-back a good stretch.
In this position, you lie on your front again and grab your ankles, kicking upwards to resemble a raindrop from the side. Furthermore, it is another deep backbend.
It is the deepest backbend you’ll do. You bend deeply backward while standing on your knees and gripping your heels. After releasing from this one, you may feel uncomfortable – it tends to elicit strong feelings!
